After raising two wonderful children in Connecticut, a series of significant people and events propelled me onto a path that led to the graduate school of Social Work at UT, in Austin.  It was a long time coming, but this shift was a monumental one for me. I have spent the last 12 years rapidly developing training and skills to work with individuals who have experienced some combination of hurt, attachment wounding, abuse, neglect and/or trauma.

I have had the privilege of training with the Founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Dr. Richard Schwartz.  Over the course of my work, I encountered men and woman who brought their professional challenges into the therapy room, and we utilized the IFS approach to explore how their personal history has informed their relationship to themselves and the people with whom they work. From these experiences, I developed a program to bring the framework of this evidence- based work into a business setting.  I will collaborate with you to create the most efficacious program for your company or organizational needs.
